If you are already in Quepos, the local bus runs to Manuel Antonio every 20-30 minutes during the day and every hour after dark. The bus fare is 240 colones, about $0.50USD. Then just keep your eyes open for the Manuel Antonio football field. We are right across the street (right-hand side of the road) with a big sign--very easy to find. Follow the arrow pointing down the stairs to Backpackers Manuel Antonio to get to reception.
