The hostel is located in a great spot. It's right next to the bus stop, so it's easy to get around and it is only a five minute bus ride to the beach and Manuel Antonio National park (both of which are within walking distance).

Our swimming pool has a beautiful ocean view. There are plenty of pool chairs to lounge in, hammocks, and terrific views of the ocean and surrounding rainforest. And, best of all, it´s open 24 hours a day.

Come and enjoy Backpackers Manuel Antonio, now with new restaurant, located right in the middle of Manuel Antonio (across the street from Manuel Antonio soccer field). The supermarket and liquor store are only 100 metres down the road and there is a bank/ATM, pizzeria, cafes, fine dining as well as moderately priced restaurants, and some great bars, all within walking distance! We are set back from the road creating a very safe and laidback atmosphere, so come to relax and enjoy the open-air patio looking out on to the forest.

Accommodation Information

We have 7 private rooms (with occupancy of 1-4 people) and 5 shared dormitories (total occupancy of 56). Private rooms, located on the first floor of the hostel and sharing 2 baths, have one double bed and one single bed, and shelves. Five private rooms have rotating fans; two superior private rooms have air conditioning.

The shared dormitories (ground floor) have 8-18 single beds in bunk formation. They are equipped with lockers and ceiling fans. Two are dedicated to only females.

Location Information

We are located on the public bus route in the heart of Manuel Antonio (across from the football plaza), just 4 kilometres from Manuel Antonio National Park, with its must-see wildlife and can't-miss beaches. Also 4 kilometres away is the public beach of Manuel Antonio. Nearby you will find a number of restaurants and bars, and nightlife can be found either in Manuel Antonio or nearby Quepos.
