San Ramon is a small village in the mountains above La Virgen. Visit the Centro Biologico, Aquasilvestres, the Santuaria de Mariposas (butterfly sanctuary), Wild Orchid farm. Arrange for guide, Edgar Corrales through Rancho Leona. This is a unique place to visit a natural rainforest that is different from the guided walks in the area. Arrangements can be made for lodging, meals and guide through us.
We can also arrange Jungle Safaris up the Sarapiqui all the way to Tortugera Nat'l Park or Barra Colorado through Oasis Nature Tours
Pozo Azul, a beautiful waterfall, one hour's hike away from Rancho Leona, (guide available).
