Liked: One of the best hostels I have ever stayed at. Like a resort, absolutely beautiful! Clean and comfortable, and lots of fun!

Disliked: Windows in rooms were left open all day which could be a security issue although our stuff was safe for the 3 nights we stayed there.

Liked: swimming pool!! and the swim up bar, awesome :) makes you feel like your staying in a hotel resort! the hammocks are pretty good too!

Disliked: nothing, loved it! even extended my stay..which most people seemed to be doing, so that speaks for itself!

Liked: One of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. Pool was very clean and fun. Staff was super helpful in booking tours and with any questions we had.

Liked: The guys that work there are pretty good looking ;) and the rooms are clean.

Disliked: The beds made a lot of noise when you move

Liked: Very clean, relaxing and resort type setting. It's a great place to relax by the pool and meet other backpackers.

Disliked: It can get a noisy at night, especially with a bar across the street. No kitchen for making your own food nor laundry facility.

Liked: I liked the property - the outdoor lounge/bar area, the pool, and the grass and hammocks. The staff were very friendly and the whole place had a great chilled-out vibe to it.

Disliked: There isn't a place to do your own cooking or a fridge to keep your groceries. They do have a small cafe or dining place, and the food is really good, but it super expensive.

Liked: Property was awesome. Really well designed. Staff was super friendly and willing to help with everything we needed. Freddie was awesome! Best part was that the property was super clean and really wel maintianed. Highly recommended.

Liked: Everybody is cool, we had good times here. We spend 5 nights and tried the tents and the dormitory. We liked both, but at the end of the trip, having a little bit of privacy was good. Staff here is awesome. You can find cheaper places, but wont be able to have a nice pool. Enjoy your stay there!

Disliked: Cant find anything bad.

Liked: The staff was just great because helpful and friendly, the pool a nice perk after a long day.

Disliked: How could you claim yourself a 5-star "HOSTEL" if there is no shared kitchen or breakfast included? That makes it at least costly as a "5-star hostel". For those who don't mind, just be aware that it's a party place if you have to early tours or buses.

Liked: Very nice pool and surprisingly comfortable and clean rooms. The price was a steal. All the guys working the front desk were awesome.

Disliked: It was a little weird to have families with young children staying at a hostel.

Liked: staff was awesome, on-site bar and pool side bar. air conditioned rooms after 10pm which is needed. bathrooms were clean. very satisfied.

Disliked: most hammocks were broken. Staff forgot our ride on last day and felt rushed to leave, so I lost my sunglasses when we got rushed. :(

Liked: Had a really great vibe the staff were really helpful, the rooms had A/C which was such a bonus and the pool was great.

Liked: The hostel had a very nice pool (great for the hot days) and did feel more like a hotel than a hostel.

Disliked: Although the rooms were air conditioned, they were between the hours of 10pm and 10am. It would seem to make more sense to turn it on earlier as most people wake up fairly early to do things the next day. I also had to ask to have my deposit taken off the bill each day as they appeared to have no idea that one was already paid. The bar area also lacked atmosphere.

Liked: The beautiful well kept land scape and usage of a pool with an amazing view of Arenal Volcanoe is what I liked the best about this property.

Disliked: The prices for food....the price for toast and jam should not be the same price of a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, rice and beans. There was no option to make your own food, so the only options is pay a crazy price for toast, go without toast or walk....

Liked: The management and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hostel was very clean and the amenities were great. Overall, I had an awesome time and would definitely stay again and recommend this hostel to others. So much fun!

Disliked: Nothing, everything was amazing.
