Jaco is the ultimate PURA VIDA place and the closest beach town to San Jose. As well as Costa Rica's best surfing spot it's just a cool town to hang out at. Beautiful sunsets on the ocean, awesome nightlife and endless activities around to choose from.
Las Camas is a brand new Hostel by 2 European backpackers. We have AC dorms and private rooms or you can sleep in a tent up on the roof as well.
We can book all kinds of tours for you and help with any info you might need. Or, if you just want to chill out doing nothing, up on our roof top patio we play nice music all day. Enjoy people watching from rocking chairs or hammocks, have a coffee on the house....or get a beer and B happy! :-)
We are very easy to find. Once you are in Jaco get off the bus or taxi at KFC and Papas Burgers on the main street. We are right across from there. See "directions" for more details.
