 Good location on Muri Beach, has the Koka Shak next to it great place to hang out and chill out. Shops, ATM and restaurants nearby. Loved the Cook Islands

We think it was a good 5 days there. We had a hill-bungalow, 3 km far from the beach and hostel, but the asmosphare was good, but you need a scotter. the clean was a little bad and the cleaner (all 2 days) has forgotten to close our door. We came back from our tour, and the door wasnt open :-(. The Muribeach is very good, but very windy and a little cold in september we think. The snorkeling-set for rent was sooo dirty :-(, and then 10 NZ. Not good and then service and is so la la. But its ok here and very cheap and many stores at the main-street. A good place to chillen :-)

all depends on the location.there are two places where you could stay,the one by the beach is much better,more people,more fun,much much cleaner!staying on the hill means a big workout every time you want to go back home.

Excellent location right on the beachfront. A good mixture of accom types, at a reasonable price.
We felt that there were too many "hidden" charges and extra fees added on top of the base fees. A one-way "free" airport transfer with a charge for the return is a rip off if it is not clearly stated in the advertising.

Two of the dorms are actually on the beachfront, meaning that you can actually see the sea from our big patio window. Just as good as all the 5 star hotels next door. Location is fab and good atmosphere.
