Taganga is an ancient fishing village populated by the descendants of the Tayrona Indians who fled the Spanish colonists. Known as Kogi, Arhuaco, Wayuu and Azario Indians, they consider themselves the spiritual guardians of The Heart of the World and have a deep respect for all living things. Catch this easy going peaceful vibe when you get to Taganga and you might not want to leave !

We can help you hire a reliable native guide (Jon Jairo) to take you to Parque Tayrona, Playa Grande, Lost City, snorkeling, fishing, trekking in the Sierra Nevada and surrounding areas. Rent covers gas, electricity and water. Available by the day or week - $ 15 USD per person per night, paid in full in advance with a refundable security deposit to cover any damages.
