Liked: Es un hostel pequeño pero a su vez brinda la oportunidad de conocer a otros huespedes y a gente del lugar. Todos lo que trabajan en el son muy atentos... es recomendable. Organizan actividades fuera como dentro del hostel.

Liked: Great local information - your own map complete with restaurants and sights plus descriptions of those restaurants on a public board. Up to date bus times also on display. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Beers and drinks available. Good wifi downstairs.

Disliked: We booked a double bed but were given a twin bed. Not the end of the world though as we pushed them together and were given a CP$5000 discount for the inconvenience which was nice.

Liked: Fantastic level of information about local attractions and travel in Colombia generally.

Disliked: Didn't like the bed in our private room. Soft, squishy foam.

Liked: Plenty of trips available and a good atmosphere with the other travellers. We'd highly recommend this hostel to anyone.

Liked: Lovely staff, good curry dinners on offer on wednesdays, the staff know the surrounding areas really well and have plenty of suggestions on what to do in town

Disliked: Nil!

Liked: I can easily say that Hoatel Trail is one of the best hostels I ve been in here in South America... Its located only few blocks from the main square, the owner was really nice, there is always someone at the desk who you can ask for advice, all the infos you need about town and places around you can get here... I really enjoyed staying here... :)

Disliked: hmmm... its really hard to say cause I really had only experience with Hoatel Trail...

Disliked: Everything was a bit expensive... the books, washing, dinner night. Very uncomfortable bed...the slats off the bed kept falling out from underneath

Liked: A lot ...! A place for travelers, kitchen, huge shared bathroom, the huge TV/video room. The free coffee :-) Easy access to buy some drinks. The staff are the BEST!! I was sick and had to go to hospital at 1AM. They were really helpful, the next day the rest of the staff know me ( the sick girl ) and when I moved to single room, the cleaning lady just grab my backpack and walk upstairs to help me. Oh don't forget Ally.. my favorite dog in the whole world.

Disliked: The only downside it the hostel is right in the middle of the junction, noisy at night with the cars. We experienced at one night...

Liked: friendly and helpful staff. some of the lockers have power supplies in so you can lock things away and charge at the same time!! each bed had a small shelf and reading light. comfy tv room with lots of dvds. good kitchen. multiple social areas

Disliked: in the dorm, there wasnt much room between beds to put rucksacks etc

Disliked: kitchen very small and away from eating area,bookswap more like bookstore(only books on sale)

Liked: Having stayed in dozens of hostels, I have to say that it really wasn't a 90%+ hostel... for that sort of a rating I'd expect miracles and they just weren't there. That being said it wasn't bad at all, and the staff were super friendly!

Disliked: The kitchen was pretty grotty, and the rooms are right next to two very large roads so once the traffic starts int he morning that's the end of your sleep. Not a lot in the way of character or vibe...

Liked: Lovely hostel, really clean right in centre of town. Nice staff and all day free coffee is brilliant as is massive TV lounge.

Disliked: Only one loo / bathroom to share if you don't go en suite.

Liked: Good location, and really amazing staff. Good TV room with great collection of movies! Lots of advice on places to go and things to see near by

Disliked: Charge you for the internet, also breakfast is not included but theres a place underneath that does a brilliant scrambled eggs!

Liked: The owners were very knowledgeable, and the entire hostel was very clean. Probably some of the fastest wi-fi i've had in this country.
