Liked: Really great set up, the staff are super friendly, the location is just minutes from the centre and a few more from the bus terminal. They have an amazing amount of travel information including local sights and food, how to get to Bogota or to Ecuador - very appreciated!!! You can take Ally the dog for a walk - she is the most obedient dog I´ve come across - a delight to walk with!!! Recommend you take her out - she also a good security guard !!!

Disliked: The rooms facing the street are noisy due to constant traffic - earplugs don´t necessarily help!

Liked: It is one of the best hostels I've stayed in. The rooms are well priced and very spacious, it's very central and the lady who runs it is extremely friendly and helpful. She phoned a hotel in my next town to make a reservation for me.

Liked: Brilliantly set up , using available space extremely well, loved our room ( and the sunroom) maybe a little noisy first thing in the morning nothing earplugs wouldnt fix. Spotlessly clean everything like brand new. Extremely good value for money highly recommended. Safe and very central to the old historic city. Liked: good looking and organized hostel. Has what a hostel should have. We had a problem with the laundry though. It took 3 days and even then got it back clammy and not too clean. Not a reason not to go!

Liked: what can i say other than this is by far the best hostel i have stayed in,I have now travelled through 17 countries and stayed in countless hostels but none of them match Tony and Kims hostel,not just for value for money but security (which no doubt you worry about in Colombia),cleanliness and general good feeling. The icing on the cake has got to be Ally the loveable little dog who patrols the hostel giving love to everyone (and her toys). Stop wasting time looking for other hostels cause this is the one inh Popayan (and im fussy so i search hard first)

Liked: We booked a dorm style room and got the same rate for a dorm but slept in a private double. I liked that we had a kitchen we could cook in.

Liked: The owners are extremely helpful. The hostel is clean. There is a great atmosphere and there are a lot of services there. Definately the best hostel we had in 3 months. Value for money!
