From the airport, get a taxi straight to CasaLina for $120.000 Colombian pesos (US$60), it'll take 1 hour and 10 minutes. Or you can take a taxi to the Public Market for $20.000 Colombian pesos (US $10) and get the local bus.
From Cartagena, get a bus at the Bus Terminal to Santa Marta and then, take either a taxi or a local bus to CasaLina, around 5 hours.
From Barranquilla will take you 3 hours approx.
