A taxi will cost you about $55.000 pesos ($25.00 USD). This is a set price, and the driver will not use the Taxi meter. Ask the driver how much the fare will be before getting in to make sure he doesn’t overcharge you. Tell the driver the following address: CRA 39#8-72, El Poblado, Medellín. It’s about a 45 minute ride.
Cheapest:
From the airport you can also take a "collectivo" bus to the north terminal bus station in downtown Medellin for about $10.000 pesos (about $5.00 USD) but it be about an hour and a half (1:30) ride.

From the Terminal Norte bus station:
Fastest:
A taxi will cost about $10.000 pesos (about $5.00 USD). Tell the driver the following address: CRA 39#8-72, El Poblado, Medellín. Please keep in mind that all taxi drivers in Medellin are required to use the taxi meter.
Cheaper:
There is a Metro Station by the Terminal, buy a "Poblado Integrado" ticket: they will give you one for the Metro and another for a bus. Take the Metro south to the "El Poblado" Metro Station. Once there, catch a bus that says "Metro" to take you up the hill. Get off at Carrera 40 (entrance to the Parque Lleras); make a left where the street ends and then quick right. The Lleras Park Hostal will be on your left about a half a block down.

From the Terminal Sur bus station:
Fastest and easiest:
Again, a taxi is the fastest and easiest way to get to the hostel. It will cost you about $5.000 pesos (about $3.00 USD).
