"This is more of a bed and breakfast property, very friendly and helpful, however not ideal if you want to meet other backpackers. It's quite a distance (walking) from the centre."Read all Hostal Aquí Me Quedo reviews

Around the Cable area, you can sit and watch the beautiful sunsets of the city, called the “Sunset Factory” by the poet Pablo Neruda. You can also find museums, bars, parks, shopping malls, movie theaters, and the Juan Valdez coffee shop, where you can drink the best washed Arabica coffee in the world, over the mountains where it is produced.
From the Cable area you can take a taxi or a bus to visit the historic downtown in just 10-15 minutes. In less than 1 hour away from the city you can visit coffee-producing farms, rivers and mountains that form the cultural coffee landscape, postulated as a world heritage site by UNESCO. You can also find snow-capped mountains in the Nevados National Park, thermal water pools, and ecological reserves where you can practice adventure sports, birdwatching in the world’s bird-richest country or just relaxing enjoying nature.
