Liked: Clean, helpful staff, free breakfast, a little far out of own, but they will arrange a free taxi to take you in and out of town, however, this means you have to plan your evening to a time.

Disliked: Location was poor.

Liked: the rooms were very quiet, nice and clean with plenty of AC. bathroom was clean as well. there was a fridge in the room which was an unexpected bonus. the beds are comfortable. the property is small but overall very cute. the people are friendly enough.

Disliked: the location is difficult. it's a very poor area but it also adds to the experience. you'll meet locals in no time. but it was frustrating- we had no problems but we were warned repeatedly not to be on the streets after 6pm and you're not allowed to be on the beach after dark period. it's a 10,000 COP ride into cartagena (or you can take a bus) but if you take a cab factor that into the lower price of the room. during the week there are no restaurants and food options are limited. the weekend experience may be totally different. we were there during the week and there wasn't another tourist within site for days.
