Liked: Clean well decorated rooms, nice towels, quick laundry service.

Disliked: We were dumped in our room by an unfriendly member of staff who didn't tell us where the toilets were or give us any information about the area or their services (i.e. wifi password, laundry cost etc). Although nice looking the room was very stuffy. An LP hostel through and through so not really my thing, but fine for a 1 night pass through Cali.

Liked: nice staff, clean hostel, with everything you need - kitchen, tv room etc.

Disliked: room was a bit stuffy - but we did have one without air con (there was a fan which helped a lot!)

Liked: Lery (pronounced Lady) who works most days and afternoons was very helpful, always smiling and very patient. Collection of DVDs & Satellite TV to watch during alcohol recovery times was nice. LIked that there were fans available to use in rooms. Liked that they accepted Credit Cards (though they tack on a 5% surcharge if you pay by one)

Disliked: Showers suck...you have to choose between hot water and decent water pressure...you can't have both. Lots of mosquitos as a result of open windows with no screens. Guy who works at night speaks NO english. 4 Bed dorm did not have any lockers in room...just shelves so unable to lock up valuables in room.

Liked: Excellent locaition within walking distance to Chipichai Mall, Ave Sexta, and Olimpico Supermarket. Nicel, safe, quiet neighborhood.Hhighly recommended.

Liked: The pick up service went very good... and is more comfortable as a public taxi. The bus terminal is not that far... Kitchen and baths very clean...
