Fatima hostel is located in the old town in the district of "La Candelaria". The hostel is one block from the "Chorro de Quevedo, the place where Santa Fe de Bogotá was founded.
Within walking distance are the oldest streets and buildings of the city and some of the most symbolic as the Plaza de Bolivar, Museo del Oro, Casa de vase, the Military Museum, Biblioteca Luis Angel Arango, Camarines del Carmen Santa Clara Church, Nariño's House and the founding of the Mint collection of Fernando Botero.
La Candelaria is also influenced by many universities around. So you can find there a variety of restaurants, theaters, bars and cafes of all kinds (Zone C).
