Liked: NOTHING!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Disliked: DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Unless you love freezing temperatures, rock hard beds and never want to sleep, rock on up. Otherwise, the bed was so hard we didnt sleep at all. The sheets were also dirty and didnt even fit the bed. The room was freezing and leaked every time it rained, wetting all of our belongings. NOISEY! Dont even bother booking here if you want to sleep. The bar music is horrifically loud and goes all night, the people yell, sing, scream and play shitty guitar all night depite the signs of no noise past 11pm, and staff do nothing about this. In fact half the time, it is the staff. People stole our food from the fridge in the kitchen, and that was only when we were game enough to even use it, becaus eit is absolutely filthy. the whole hostel is. The showers a a freezing dribble of ice cold water. Staff are unhelpful and unfriendly and it can be difficult to rip their attention away from their facebook accounts. Just dont stay here, for your own sanity.

Liked: The hostel was colourful and the staff were friendly.

Disliked: The hostel was quite dirty and our room had no ventilation or natural light. My friend and I became pretty choked/allergic to what I assume was the dust and lack of ventilation in our room. Two of my friends also didn't sleep at all because of the noise (tv and bar upstairs), which lasted most of the night. We stayed two nights but only because of the hassle of moving the next day. I would not recommend this hostel. There must be better for the same price in the area.

Liked: Free internet and the location to the centre was not bad.

Disliked: The hostel staff were unhelpful, and on several occasions we were left waiting to be served while staff members looked at their facebook accounts. The beds have bed bugs, and when we notified the staff of this and showed them the bites, their reply was 'listen honey, you can get bitten in downtown Bogota', despite the fact that we had not been to downtown Bogota. After a 15 minute argument, we had to demand that they either take our payment, or we would leave, However they continued to argue with us, telling us we needed to get an education. I would recommernd that you think twice before staying here.

Liked: I have stayed in many hostels and this was by far the worst experience I have every had. I suppose it depends on what you want. If you want to party all night, smoke dope, and keep up all the other guests, this place is for you. There was loud music, screaming, and loud partying all night. And I mean all throughout the night -- from midnight until the next morning past 6 AM. This occured during my stay for three days straight. The staff did not care in the least and in fact loud music one morning at 4 am was actually coming from the radio in the staff office. Although I met one very nice staff member, generally the employees were indifferent or unpleasant when you asked any question. Again, if you want to party and never sleep you'll probably love this place. If you need any rest at all during your trip, DO NOT stay here. Loud, loud, LOUD, and a staff that does not care at all about the guests that cannot rest.

Liked: It is located in a good neighborhood and hostel staff were considerate of me and other guests. they were helpful. All I had to was to ask. I could manage almost everything with my Spanish 101 because hostel staff helped me a lot.
