Overview

A brand new guesthouse and youth hostel in the ancient market town of Shaxi, Yunnan opened on Chinese New Year (February 14, 2010).

Located in an authentic and traditional Bai Minority courtyard, our guesthouse is owned by experienced travelers and professional outdoor guides, created for adventurous travelers just like you.

The guesthouse includes dorm rooms with storage lockers, double rooms with in-room showers and western style toilets and a family room for parents with children.

Accommodation Information

The facilities include English speaking staff, Chinese and western breakfast, free Wi-Fi and internet access, free parking, natural gas water heater (24 hour hot water), area information, weekly free guided hiking tours, quiet surroundings, and there is easy access to the Heihui River.

There is a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in within the guesthouse and is dog friendly.

Horse Pen 46 Guesthouse is conveniently located in the center of Shaxi at the ancient town square, right across from the historical landmark Xingjiao Temple, between the old theatre stage and the famous Allen's Cafe.
