5 km south from downtown of Yangshuo and located in the area of Big Banyan Tree and Moon Hill Scenery, the Hidden Dragon Villa is an ideal guesthouse for visitors and travelers to Yangshuo. It is near famous Yulong River, lying back to Tea Hill (A hill famous for movie “Liu Sanjie” which is nationwide known produced in 1960’s). Scenic spots here including Big Banyan Tree, Moon Hill, Yulong River, Butterfly Spring, Jianshan Temple, Camel Crossing River and Ancient Ferry are like natural bonsai of Dragon House. The Hidden Dragon Villa is traditionally constructed in the style of Ming and Qing Dynasties’ architecture with stone gates, green bricks, flying eaves, well in yard, carved stone-flower windows, wall paintings, ancient styled armchairs and tables, hundred-year- old wood carving and etc. Here one can experience the cultural and artistic charm and building ingenuity of Hidden Dragon Villa. Remarks: Transportation: 2 hours from Guilin international airport. 2 Yuan and couple of minutes from West Street by public bus.
Food: Green foods include Li River carp with beer, countryside chicken and duck, vegetables, kumquat and pomelo. West food at West Street is delicious. Hidden Dragon Villa provides home style local food.
Handicraft: You will find all kinds of handicrafts in Yangshuo. Handmade silk of “Yangshuo Scenery” by Hidden Dragon Villa is recommended.
Tour: You can sing to Liu Sanjie (Zhuang nationality girls) and enjoy cormorant fishing performance. Swimming in Yulong River in summer is fine. Picking fresh fruits in green garden provides the experience of life in countryside.
