The Water Buffalo Guesthouse is a centrally located guesthouse with modern amenities. Each room has a private bathroom with a western toilet; 24 hours hot water powered by the sun during the day and backed up by gas and electricity at night. We also have air conditioning in each room to keep you cool in the hot summers and warm during the cold winters and our rooms have beds with mattress' that have springs to provide a good night's sleep. Three of our rooms have a double bed and single bed and our fifth room has a queen size bed so we can accommodate single travelers and couples.
Each room has an information booklet, which tells you about all the things you can see and do around Yangshuo and we can arrange onward tickets to most destinations in China
Our restaurant supplies excellent local, Chinese and western food and our bar is a great place to meet travelers and locals who share many stories.
We also have a book sharing system where you can get rid of the books you have read and replace them with other books. If you have a laptop, then you can get online in your rooms.
