Liked: A fantastic place with a great staff. Perfect for meeting people and have fun; every evening they organize something as games, parties, free tasting of food. Perfectly clean, big rooms, good location.

Liked: One of the best hostels I've stayed at in Asia!! The staff was so helpful, and always had a smile on their face -- no question was stupid or too difficult to answer. Everything was clean, and we felt very secure. Outside the front door is an abundance of excellent street food!! Met amazing people in the hostel, and had a wonderful atmosphere - plenty of space to relax, meet new people, or to have a drink. We hung out with people of all ages -- from solo 20somethings to married 60year old couples!

Disliked: Booked the Panda tour which ended up being a decrepit zoo. This wasn't really the hostel's fault although they should've warned us beforehand that it was going to be, basically, falling apart. That being said, it ended up being a unique experience in itself.

Liked: The staff and location are awesome. The evening events to help fill the time are great fun.

Disliked: The food was often undercooked and is over priced for what you get (compared to other places in Xi'an).

Liked: everything was great! the staff is very helpful and friendly. the hostel is filled with primarily foreign people and lots of animals (tiny turtles, caged rabbits, caged hamsters, caged birds, and a dog). it was one of the best hostels I have personally experienced.

Liked: The roof garden is a great place to relax and meet other folks for a chat and there were several other places to sit too. Even though we are older, I felt quite at home there. Our double en suite room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were great - we enjoyed the dumpling making party and sharing birthday cake with them. Having a free coffee/ beer to welcome us was a nice touch. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Wi fi access in the bar was good

Disliked: Would have liked wi fi access in the room/ roof garden, but it's not really a complaint!

Liked: Eveything was PERFECT. The best hostel we've stayed at in our 5 months trip by far. We wouldn't have enough of the space provided to state everything we loved. Was it the atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff, the free pool table, the free beers, the overall astonishing cleanliness of the place, the cool dog? We don't know, but one thing is sure, it rocked!

Disliked: Somewhat slow food service. (But hey! Compared to all the positive things, this is just a MINOR annoyance!)

Liked: Excellent program for travellers. We had quiz-night, and taste-food night. Super good place to meet other travelers, although people stay there for a short time.

Liked: I will definitely recommand Han Tang Inn to travellers. You will be located in the Heart of the city and very close to Airport Shuttle bus. You will find all your need around, shopping, historical sites, great food..... I like the atmosphere here! They have a beautiful rooftop garden, you will find yourself here no matter you travel alone or you are party animal!Now I would like to give a 5 stars to their staff! They are active, friendly and very helpful! They hold lots of activities and parties. Thanks a lot to you guys! Especially for Diana and Orange, Great Help!I will miss here and will tell my friends about how happy to stay here!

Liked: Location is superb, very friendly staff and a great (if not a little cramped) common area. Nice rooftop chillout area, pool table downstairs, decent food and bar area. We stayed in private room. Hostel is really more like a hotel layout and rooms are like a hotel room rather than hostel.

Disliked: It's a shame the common areas aren't more spacious but they're a great sociable area.
