Liked: very pleasant staff, went out of their way to be helpful, the owner took us to see the terraccotta warriors, a mausoleum & then on to the airport, we were charged for this service, but it was very reasonable.

Liked: Good hostel - good common room to meet other travellers. Rooms are very clean and a good size. Staf are really friendly and will help you with anything you need. Great hostel and the wall inside are full of graffiti from past guests. yes you're allowed to write all over the walls. Good location near to Drum Tower, Bell Tower and Muslin Quarter

Liked: the bar and restaurant were fantastic, cheap food and beer. free DVDs to watch and the laundry service was the best we experienced in China (washed, dried and delivered to your room!). location is perfect too.

Liked: Without a doubt the best things were the cafe area, the staff, activities available, free internet, DVDs, music etc. The staff who work in the cafe rock this hostel, they are the best of any hostel that I have been too - and I have been to many. The food is excellent, and the choice amazing, nearly everything that you could ask for is made here. The chef's are wonderful. You will not regret staying here, even the cleaners early cleaning schedule is amusing!

Liked: I liked the helpfulness of the staff and the atmosphere of the hostel. If we ever had a problem with anything, we could trust the staff to help us out fast and efficiently. The restaurant was a bit slow and did not always have the things they advertised in their menu, but those were minimal problems, and all in all our stay at this hostel has been great! I would come back here any time I am in Xi'an.

Liked: The staff at this hostel were excellent, very helpful in providing us with buses etc to get around cheaply. The resturant was also great, cheap meals and drinks and free internet access with 3 working terminals!!

Liked: Each 4 bed dorm has its own private bathroom and TV. The staff are very attentive and helpful. THe one drawback is the lack of lockers.

Liked: the travelers cafe is cozy. The menu is extensive, but take your time for breakfast, the time between ordering and serving can be quite long.
