Liked: Very good hotel, clean rooms, good value for money.

Disliked: Probably not appropriate for anyone looking for backpacker/hostel atmosphere. Around 20 minutes walk to train station or bell tower.

Liked: Price, cleanliness. Room was so well lit with numerous lamps, most bright room I ever saw.

Disliked: Nobody speaks English! Therefore, check-in procedure lasted more than 20 min. No English-speaking TV channels. Internet was not working (but how to tell these people not speaking English?

Liked: Well located from the train station. It offered what looked like a good value breakfast (at additional charge) although we didn't partake as we needed to check out and be on our way.JinJiang Inns are a chain throughout China and are comparable to a Premier Inn in Britain. Nothing wrong with them they are clinical and functional but probably not where you'll meet other people travelling. That said, we were very grateful to see another one in Wuhan when we arrived pretty late on in the pouring rain, the nightly rate seems to be fixed across all branches, availabiliy wasn't a problem and there was always someone around who spoke English.

Liked: Good location and cheap! Big and clean rooms! No English speaking staff, unable to understand and explain even the simple things (room location, breakfast time) and not willing to help in providing the train tickets (it was mentioned as additional service in the booklet?!). Breakfast was average. No other travelers around, only local people...The reservation was ok, but hostelbookers deposit was not discounted from the room price?!

Liked: Jinjiang Inn Downtown is a good hotel, clean, warm in winter. Internet cable in the room very convenient. Really good location, not far from the Center (Bell Tower - about 30 minutes walk, but it's easy to find, you can not get lost) and train station (where you can catch the bus for the Terracotta). It is very good value for money.

Liked: The staffs are warm and friendly. The hostel room is big and clean, and they tidy and change the towels every day. It was like living in a hotel.
