It was an interesting atmosphere. I think it was a converted hutong style place. some of the rooms have windows to the common area and it can get a bit loud at night and may prevent you from sleeping before two, but it would be a good time and place to meet people.

we were very well looked after by the staff who went the extra mile for us. There are very few English speaking people in this part of Wuhan but the staff try thier very best to communicate and were exceptionally helpful & encouraged us to join in their bbq's etc. The loos are all Chinese style but don't let this disourage you from choosing this very clean opportunity to practice the art of squatting. Art is very much a theme of this hostel. We would definately use this hostel again if we returned to Wuhan.
