As one of the four biggest municipalities directly under the Central Government, Tianjin is no more than 120 km away from Beijing, which means an-hour train ride.
Tianjin enjoys the famous flavor snacks so that you can fully satisfy your taste buds along the Nanshi Food Street . Besides, you may pick and choose Yangliuqing New Year Pictures, Nirenzhang Colored Sculptures and Kite Wei's Kites and other typical folk arts in famous Ancient culture street or Drum Tower Street.

Centrally located in Tianjin, Tianjin city youth hostel is very near to a selection of most representative attractions. Tianjin’s old town, Drum Tower Street is within ten minutes walking and Ancient Culture Street is around 2km in the east.
The only ferries wheel on a traffic bridge in the world is right in front of our hostel. As one of the 2008 Olympic co-host cities, Tianjin's Olympic Center Stadium called 'water drop' definitely deserves a visit.

Drawing of lots for the Olympic football competitions was done at the end of April and Tianjin will host both men and women football games.
Tickets for games are available in our hostel! Due to the limited amount, please contact us ASAP!

From July, the distance between Tianjin and Beijing will be greatly shortened to only 30 minutes. So you can easily hop on China's fastest bullet train and come over to Tianjin in no time. By this 350km/h train, "relaxing in Tianjin, watching games in Beijing" is definitely a workable plan.
