Liked: near the centre of town, but down a small street and not clearly visible so tricky to find. films played at night, so can be a bit difficult to sleep in the rooms near this. Kitchen available for self catering, but no restaurant. staff available at night and in the morning dont speak english so checking out early was tricky for a non chinese speaker

Liked: Very nice communal area and setting in general. A little bit away from the sites but still a very nice place to stay.

Liked: unfortunately the hostel was under construction when we arrived. But the staff has been so friendly and the room really clean, so we could enjoy our stay anyways.I think with it's new design the Water Town Hostel will be a great place to stay in Suzhou!

Liked: This hostel was very clean and warm. It has been thoughtfully decorated and has a very homely atmosphere. It's a great place to chill out and relax and is midway between all the big sites of Suzhou.

Liked: its very far from de interesting sites and the staff even when they try allmost nobody speaks english, it was very noisy and not very clean
