The rooms were good & catered for all my needs. The staff were friendly & spoke English (which helps alot when your luggage is lost). IIts location is the real China but a bit far from the tube. Really enjoyed my stay

This hostel like so many other eviews have said is prettu much like a hotel and is great value for money. They have free internet cheap laundry facilities and cooking facities within the room so all in all it was just excellent. As you may have seen in some other reviews the cats smell a little in the reception area which i would have to agree with however unless you are going to live in the reception area which i cant imaine it is not a problem. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels excellent place to stay

More like stayiong in a hotel. Rooms really nice with TV, little kitchen, amazing shower and big beds. Really worth every penny.

The facilities in the room were excellent, it is more of a hotel than a hostel. The room had a fridge, microwave, TV, phone, internet connection, shower, toilet and oven. The rooms are massive and have plenty of cupboard space.
It is ideally located with a great food stall and internet cafe on one side, and a supermarket on the other side. Bus and trains are close, and it only takes about 10 minutes to get right into the centre of Shaghai.

The room was nice and clean, the staff were friendly. They did get one ro two things wrong but nothing major, and they were very gracious about it.

This was nearer a hotel /self-catered apartment than a hostel. The room was beautiful, very well kitted out, very good value. It's a little far from the centre (and a 10 minute slog to the tube) but taxis are easy to get and only about 12 RMB to the centre. Also: lobby contains two extremely beautiful kittens.
Great hostel, really enjoyed staying here.
