 Pretty much everything. Best hostel weve stayed in so far in china, just alittle out of the way but with metro 2mins away not a problem.
Bar & breakfast area very relaxing & comfortable, so were the rooms. Would definatly stay here again!

It is a great hostel. It feels more like a hotel.
The beds especially are great. Even in the four bed dorm the beds are double size. There is also a big bar/movie area and clean bathrooms. Also the metro is fairly close.

We had a double bedroom with ensuite. We were extremely surprised at how spacious and clean the room was. It was more like a hotel than a hostel. Train station is close by but still quite far from the central area. Would highly recommend.

This was one of the nicest hostels I've ever stayed in! Comfy beds, squeaky clean, nice lounge area, free wifi (and pcs with internet), friendly and helpful staff, big library, and a delicious breakfast buffet! The only downside is that it's a bit far from the center of town--but there's easy access via public transport.

Very clean palce which has a very nice restaurant downstairs. If you love western menu, then you will enjoy the food here. The few chinese dishes they served were good too. The food here better than the nearby restauratns. The place was a bit off city centre but still very accessible & safe.

the ambience and the service staff are excellent and friendly. it should be rated at least a 3 star hotel standard. The FREE internet service and also so many PCs available. Food is also good and not pricey.

This hostel is clean with good facilities and a great dinning/meeting area. Was quiet at night.

First, their rate is very reasonable and practical especially for someone like me who is on a budget. Second, I was able to leave my luggage on my room unlocked for a they while I was out for some tour and get back finding my things intact. I also appreciate the free breakfast they serve. It was totally amazing for a $7 per night hostel. Not to mention the very friendly personnel at the front desk who's very accommodating to all the inquiries I had. And the free shuttle to downton. These are the reasons that I even told the receptionist that I will recommend this to my friends who are coming over to Shanghai.

Clean, spacious, great bathroom and linen. Good breakfast and dining facilities . Liked their focus on eco friendly behaviour.
Staff spoke English well and were helpful.
The big drawback of this hostel was the amount of smoke that it was not possible to avoid either when eating or when using the computer or reading. There was nowhere other than our room to relax in a smoke free atmosphere. Perhaps it is time to have a smoking room and smoke free eating, drinking , dining and relaxing areas.

It was very clean and comfortable rooms, nice bar and food available, relatively close to the metro station but a little bit of a walk, very open and spacious with clean bathrooms and showers, overall good experience and good value

Clean, comfy rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff, free breakfast and shuttle bus to the centre of town. Great value for money!

Staff were excellent. The hostel is more like ahotel. It has spacious rooma. we had a triple with a loft bedroom complete with king size bed. Although a little out of town the metro is easy to master. Maid service every day. Free internet in the lobby and a large TV in the room were excellent.

The room was spacious with a mezzanine floor with a double bed and we felt as if we are staying in a 4 star hotel.

they have quality rooms, not cramped. They have a kitchen so i we could make our own food to save money. The free breakfast and internet is a bonus. Like this hostel.
