Youth hostels don't come much more charming than this one. Even the lobby (which doubles up as a chic wi-fi cafe), with its high ceilings and brightly painted walls, is a joy to be in. But it's the rooms, all slightly different, that really stand out. Although on the small side, all are beautifully decorated with cosy furniture, flower-patterned wallpaper and gathered-up curtains, and all come with wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a little bathroom.

The restoration has added all modern facilities without spoiling the building's character and guests can be assured by our conscientious staff, security card system and commitment to the highest standards. A bar in the lobby is also available with various drinks, featuring Italian coffee. Delicious food including pizza, pasta, some excellent snacks also served. Our mission is to provide comfortable, secure, clean and spacious accommodation to the budget traveller. Don't just see Shanghai's history; but to know it, live in it for a while!

Mixed dorm:
The 4-bed or 6-bed mixed dorm is equipped with 4-6 single beds in the room, so you need to book one bed per guest.

Double bed room:
The double-bed is equipped with a large sized bed in the room, for two people sharing a double bed.

Twins room:
The twin is equipped with 2 single beds in the room, for two people sharing two single beds.

Three beds room:
The 3-bed is equipped with 3 single beds in the room, for three people sharing three beds.

Guests can enjoy free internet and wi-fi access in the lobby, relax in the lounge or have a drink with friends in our bar. Our large and beautiful lounge is a great place to meet new friends .Our bar is a great place to hang out with various drinks every night of the week! Our lounge is equipped with large flat screen TV.

Please note that we do not currently have self catering facilities. Our restaurant is open Mon-Sun offering a delicious menu with moderate price. Transportations are all available and there are restaurants, shopping malls, parks, galleries nearby. Come stay and enjoy your life!

Location Information

The Bund of Shanghai: The Bund is one of the most recognizable architectural symbols of Shanghai. "Bund" derives from an Anglo-Indian word for an embankment along a muddy waterfront and that is what it was in the beginning when the first British company opened an office there in 1846.

Nanjing Road is one of the most important commercial and tourist streets in Shanghai, which stretches from the bund to Yanan Xilu. It is a good place to learn the history and culture of Shanghai.

Yuyuan Garden is located in the center of Shanghai's Old City, not far from the Bund. With a total area of less than 5 acres, it has more than 40 attractions in the inner and outer gardens, both built in the Ming Dynasty classical style.
