The Hostel is nestled in Shanghai sixty seconds from the bund and five minute’s walk from everything else, UCool is your chance to experience hostelling again, the way it should be. Enjoy our warm, international atmosphere and make friends from every corner of the world; put the adventure back into your hostel experience!
We provide every convenience a hostel should and then some. Our brand new facility has: movies, television, Internet, i even visa assistance should you need it, and most importantly a friendly, helpful staff!
Enjoy a truly social experience, belly up to our bar and chat into the night with newfound friends, enjoy our free breakfast, or share a meal in our restaurant, have a seat in our spacious television room or flop yourself down and socialize in our cozy reading room, put meaning and memories back into your hostel stay.
We’re five minute’s walk to the beautiful Yu Yuan garden, and two minutes walk to the bank of the Huangpu River, just ten-twelve minutes to Nanjing road. Of course if you’re faint of feet, we offer bicycle rental as well and if you’d rather ride than pedal, nearby buses are two stops from the central subway and on to any corner of the city you’d like to explore.
We also offer separate but individual bathrooms and showers; each bed has its own separate space with a curtain for added privacy, magnetic card locks, security lockers, luggage storage, and 24-hour on-site security guards.
No lockout and 24-hour check-in provided for your convenience, be sure to bring a passport as it is required for check-in.
