Liked: Its really easy to find and the directions on the website are spot on! The location is brilliant and the staff are amazing this is by far one of the best hostels we have stayed in since arriving in China! Plus the price is fantastic!

Liked: The location is perfect. Very close to the old town and all its markets, and close to bus stops that can take you to the sights of Luoyang. Helpful and friendly staff that are glad to join in for a table-tennis game for example.

Disliked: The beds in the dorm was quite hard and not that comfortable.

Liked: It was nice & clean, the double room was quite large, no complaints. The location is easy to find, near the bus stop. Local cuisine street is very near - at night its so nice to walk & taste smth or just to look how they cook. The hostel has a very nice common area - recreation zone, restaurant & computer zone, where people can easily meet & find someone to share a car with. The staff is nice & helpful.

Disliked: The water running out of washroom... The tours, they offer, are overpriced, & do not offer english speaking guide.

Liked: Cool hostel with a great location near the night market and all needed local buses. Staff are really friendly and speak good English. Comfy beds and lockers in room. Stay here when in Luoyang!

Liked: This hostel just recently opened so everything looked really clean, like the bathroom. The location is great, close to the old town, which is nice for a walk and to eat (the serve great hotpot just nextdoor to the hostel). This hostel is really worth the money, you get a great spacious room with a nice bathroom for little money

Disliked: The staff is really friendly and wants to help, but not all of them speak a lot of English and they didn't know a lot about the sights like the Longman caves and the Shaolin temple (like how to get there). Also they didn't know anything about the tours the hostel organized.

Liked: The hostel is really relaxed and a comfortable place to stay, the staff our very helpful too. Due to the rather expensive booking charge on train tickets (30 yuan per ticket not good if your journey involves a few different trains!) the staff were really happy to write the details in Chinese so we could go to the train station. Also easy to get local bus 53 to the Longmen caves and the street food is great.

Disliked: A little bit difficult to find in the dark on either bus 5 or 41 from the train station and we were a little worried we had missed it the stop. From the instructions on hostelbookers to see a KFC on the right, you go past a couple of KFCs just wait until you see a large KFC on the right hand corner, just get off at the next stop and carry on by foot in the same direction and its obviously signposted.

Liked: The rooms are clean an very nice. The atmosphere is also very welcoming and staff is very friendly.

Disliked: The WiFi internet is very slow and doesn't work in the room. You have to go to the reception to have a better signal

Liked: It is fairly new but the staff are working hard to make inviting and comfortable. They had overlooked our booking, which was for 2 people in a dorm, and there was no room left, but they just put us in a twin ensuite, no hastle. Was great. All the staff speak some level of english, the food is ok, and they are just extending their menu. They also have a sausage dog puppy that will happily sit on your knee and sleep or eat your fingers depending on what mood its in. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Disliked: The showers are tiled all over and I slipped and fell out of it, but this is true of most hostels I have stayed at in china. I fall over anyway which doesnt help.

Liked: Nice staff, and pretty new rooms. Very good value for the money.

Liked: das hostel ist ganz neu und deswegen bemühen sich alle angestellten noch sehr. sie sind offen für ideen und sehr angagiert. ausserdem ist der preis für die doppelzimmer unschlagbar und die qualität extrem hoch.alles ist groß und weitläufig und trotzdem kommt man gut in kontakt mit anderen.die waschmaschine ist einfach zu bedienen und die mahlzeiten sind recht günstig und gut.

Disliked: es gibt keine stühle vor den pc´s das war das größte manko. ausserdem hat auf den nicht zu den zimmern gehörenden toiletten papier gefehlt und sie waren nciht ganz sauber. das personal sollte sein englisch verbessern wenn es internationale gäste anziehen will.

Liked: The staff were amazing! Location is perfect becusue their is bus stops at the front doors that can take you to Longmen, White Horse Temple and the Train station. I think the place is only new, but everything was great. i would stay here again. Good clean place with cheap drinks and free internet!

Liked: This was a warm and welcoming place to stay and all the staff were beyond helpful!! They even took us to the bus station when we were leaving to make sure we got on the right bus and didn't get ripped off.
