It's very close to the train station and bus station, therefor very convenient for sightseeing, arriving and leaving. The dorm room is very cheap for that.

The location was an easy 15-20 minute walk from the train station. It isn't a hostel. It's a hotel. The dorm rooms are regular hotel rooms with six single beds and a bathroom. The staff was helpful in arranging tours and for answering general questions. I'm not sure if there'd be a better choice in luoyang.

Really good location close to train and bus stations.
Very nice reception lady helped us organize a trip to Shaolin (thanks!).
Considering very little choice of places to stay in Luoyang, this was a good pick (although quite expensive considering it's China).

The hostel is very fine but would be better if avaiable on the staff more people speaking english.
