 Staff were friendly and helpful and the location's good - right in the middle of where it's at! Only downside is that the shower in my room lacked hot water - which was a challenge in the middle of winter! Staff were very happy to let me use another room though so a solution was found.

The rooftop restaurant and the staff there were lovely. The location was convenient also.

Clean rooms, nice clean beds, good vaule. Poor showers and lack of hot water can be a wee issue.

unique restaurant which has many good foods and staff's friendliness than I expected, and location very close to Potala palace.

The cheap rooms. All rooms came with ensuite, even dorms and location was good.

Among the better options in Lhasa, new and the hot water showers are generally pretty good. Anything that needs fixing will be fixed.

the atmosphere is excellent! they have done a lot of work to it since i have been here, and it's great!!

This is a nice enough hostel in the middle of the city close to the major sights. The staff doesnt speak a lot of english which was a little problem trying to find the place. It is clean and with a free luandry service (not for underwear though), and is, compared to other places, a good value for money.
