Liked: The price. Good intentions of the staff to try to make comfortable our stay and that it's near by 2 grocery stores.

Disliked: It wasn't that clean specially the restrooms. The staff has to make sure that each toilet actually is clean (you could tell because of the smell. Sorry but it's true). About the location, it's not close to the west lake but you have taxis and buses that can easily lead you there. And finally, something that didn't help much was the fact that the owners only speak really few english. So, we always had to use google translator. =/

Liked: The Breakfast was not available in the hostel ; we had to cross the street to find a disgusting place ! The location of the hostel was completely wrong : it was next to the north lake but very far from downtown (not very convenient to go there) ; Besides, the neighbourhood wasn't funny, nothing to do in the evening, only some cheap restaurants. The staff didn't speak english at all !!! Unbelievable for an international youth hostel !!! No computers, no internet !Don't go there if you want to have an helpful staff and a good location in Hangzhou.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful with enquiries.Good choice of food on the menu.Menu prices were reasonable, not priceyOnly problem was the poor Internet Connections.I think it is very important for every hostel establishment.

Liked: The little street this hostel is located in is realy quiet and nice in the evenings. We where the only foreners, but had a lot of fun with the locals. If jou rent a bike you are near the lake and all its touristic things.The girls of the reception don't speak good Englisch but can read and write it perfectly and try to help you with everyting.
