Liked: employees are very friendly, the food is GREAT, the rooms have their own bathroom, prices are very nice, pooltable is good to play on, they got a "housedoggy" :)

Liked: This is one of the best hostels Ive EVER stayed in! They have everything you need and the staff are the most friendly, hospitable and helpful people I have met in China so far. The rooms are so clean and the food very good. Beautiful scenery and lake very nearby. Definitely stay here if you come to hangzhou - it's a home from home!

Liked: the nice decoration of the hostel, the pooltable and the movies. There was one very friendly and helpful girl, who speaks very good English.

Liked: Tour'an is in the quieter, peaceful, South-West area of West Lake but that doesn't mean you don't meet cool people here. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Adam. There is cheap bike rental and the reception area is a nice place to hang out and watch dvd's or play pool with other guests. I'd definitely stay here again!
