Liked: The friendlist staff I came across, they were so helpful that inspite of staying 2 nights I wanted to stay longer but the hostel was fully booked. One of the staff tried many ways and was finally managed to find me a room at another hostel. If I ever go back to Hangzhou, this will be the hostel for me.

Liked: Fantastic staff, most friendly I've met in whole of china. So welcoming, and no request is too much for them.

Liked: Clean, safe hostel with nice rooms... mine looked out onto the school playground at the back. 7am wake-up call, but I got to watch them do morning gym to "We will rock you" by Queen. Unique experience :)
