Great location and friendly atmosphere - the only problem was not being told till really late that there was no cook for dinner, and no where in the vicinity - and so had to go into town.No big deal though - such a nice stay.

Beautiful secluded location, so you cannot hear any of the city traffic. Peaceful setting and very friendly staff. My favourite hostel in China.

Location was great for a hostel, right on West Lake, the only reason to go to Hangzhou. Room was large and clean; it was cold, but there was a heater that you could adjust that warmed up the room quickly.
