About The Boa Garden
We have a bar downstairs which brings together a great mixture of Chinese students and travellers from all around the world. We have a wealth of information for you on hand regarding anything china related. Rick, the owner, an english fella in guangzhou for a few years is on hand to help you with anything you need to know.
During the day its calm and peaceful, just put up your feet and relax. As the evening draws in, we have fresh food, cold beer and whatever else you need. Free wifi in the bar and the rooms for you to sit and surf.
Bedrooms upstairs, chill room at the back, balcony for smokers and a bar downstairs that is open til the last person goes to bed. If the weather is nice and a few of us we can get the bbq out cook up some food.

We have 6 bed dorm available, the rooms are well ventilated with air con. For those cold cantonese winters we have extra thick bedding for you. Bathroom and shower is shared facilities. All rooms are non smoking, but we have a balcony to smoke on.
Bed sheets, pillows and sheets are provided.
Each bed has its own security locker to put your valuables in for safe keeping.
Wifi is free in the room, in the lounge and in the bar.
Anything else you need, we will try our best to get it for you
We are a hostel geared towards those people that want to meet other travellers, have a chat, a few beers and generally just put up their feet and relax. We offer only shared accommodation with a view to getting everyone together and making friendships. If you have any special requirements please get in touch and we will accommodate you.
We can help you book: Train tickets, bus tickets, visa registration. We have maps of the city and a little useful phrase book that we give to all guests upon arrival.

We are close to the Canton Tower, PaZhou Pagoda, Huang Pu Military Academy, Zhujiang River cruise,
Party Pier (Zhujiang Beer factory), Perrys, Great student bar with cheap drinks.
We are close to the metro and with good bus links to town. We are 10 minutes from the Guangzhou east train station. Nearby there are a number of great restaurants offering local cuisine that is fresh and cheap.
To show you that guangzhou isn't all noise, cars and people pushing you out of the way.
