The Staff at Riverside YHA were very friendly and helpful most spoke very good english. They booked our train tickets for us and had them delivered to the hostel. There was also a young Frenchman working there who would assist both English and French speaking visitors. We liked the location beside the river and close to good transport, 100 metres to the Ferry and a short walk to the Metro.

The receptiona area, the staff were great, the wifi in the rooms, the location right by the river, the support buying train tickets and the whole place was really clean and well cared for.

Great place to stay!!!! Very comfortable and clean beds. Peaceful location. One of the best hostels in China, if not the world! Highly recommended and great value for money!

The staff is very helpful. You can find everything you need close to the Hostel. The location is really great, direct at the promenade. Very convenient place to explore Guangzhou.

Very quiet in the rooms but busy out on the street. The hostel is just a long a row of good restaurants and bars...like the neon lights by night...overlooking the seas. So easy to travel around the city by subway and ferry. Must try the desert shop along Luju Lu...steamed milk and many more variety.
