 dorm beds are priced well and the menu in the kitchen is well priced and good food. there western dishes are well prepared.

The hostel has a lot of character. THere are lots of quiet nooks and cranies to read, etc. but there are also many places to gather with new friends. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind, and they all have experience backpacking so they can give you first hand information. It's location in a tradional Chinese style house makes it feel a bit cramped but its well worth it. I highly recommend this hostel.

Very cool outdoor seating area. There's a DVD room and an indoor room to chill out in. Good atmosphere.

Very helpful staff and they do bookings for free. Security lockers for backpacks would have made this place nearly perfect. A wonderfully cosy atmosphere meant that the hostel was always a little crowded.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Their English was really good, which made life even easier.

The hostel is well maintained. The hostel is well organized. They have an excellent map. My stay was enjoyable I extended my stay. The excursions to various destinations made the stay really enjoyable.

Good clean hostel. We booked a twin room with bathroom and we were actually moved into a 3 star hotel just over the road since they didn't have any rooms left in the main hostel. The reception of the hostel was nice, good food available and free internet.

Great staff. Organised a fantastic Yangtze cruise at a great price. Also organised horse trekking in Songpan with minimum fuss. Great food from their kitchen too!
