I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. When I sent them an e-mail to confirm my reservation, they promptly replied.

It was inexpensive and the people were nice. I also liked that they had many tour options and the staff were helpful in planning tours and providing services.

It's an extremely good place for travelers: there is no way you can find a more central place to alle the sights and hot spots of Beijing.
Also comparatively cheap tours can be booked very easily at the hotel counter.
Other guests and staff were nice people, the place itself is not that convenient - but the price is extremely good.
A bit annoying that it was in the 4th basement floor (absolutely no sunlight...) an surely nothing to stay for a very long time: but whoever as to look for money and searches for a place to stay a few days or weeks: GO HERE!
