Welcome to China Element Apartment! We offer a wonderful traditional atmosphere and super-convenient location for seeing both ancient and modern Beijing. Our apartments are quiet and comfortable with different styles: beautiful traditional Chinese, cosy modern home and cool Japanese spaces. If you would visit Beijing with a relaxing rhythm, our apartment is a good choice.

China Element Apartment is a warm and friendly apartment that welcomes travellers from all over the world. We provide a real feel for old Beijing, whilst maintaining the best modern facilities and cleanliness.
Guests can relax on our large balcony, drink Chinese tea or coffee in the sunshine, watch trains passing by far away sometimes or catch up with friends and family over FREE Wi-Fi.
We have a washing machine (insert coin) and a kitchen, where guests can wash their clothes or make themselves a quick snack. The 1st floor is a mini supermarket that closes at midnight.

China Element Apartment has 3 levels of accommodation available-Each room is decorated different, unique and comfortable.

We have 4 types of accommodation that is available and can sleep a total of 20 people right now. Each room's decoration is unique, classic and different from another:
-Ensuite room with a double bed (1.5m*2m)
-Ensuite room with two single beds (1m*2m)
With beautiful wooden decor, Ensuite rooms provide free toiletries, slippers and towels plus fresh clean linen on comfortable beds and hot/cold air-con, TV, reading lights and private bathrooms with 24hr hot showers.
-Tatami Room with a double mattress (1.5m*2m)
-Tatami Room with 2 single mattress (1m*2m)

Tatami rooms provide free toiletries, slippers and towels, plus fresh clean linen, reading lights, TV, fanner, Japanese sofa and neat comfort station with 24hr hot showers.

China Element Apartment sits at the riverside of Tonghui River and is walking distance to Huashengtianqiao traditional Beijing Art market. Communication University of China is less than 1 bus stop (or subway stop) from us and you may get to CBD (Guomao area) in 8 minutes by car(exclude rush hour).

It will take you about 20 minutes by walking from the Gaobeidian subway station to us.And you may easily find it: Get off at the Gaobeidian Station of Batong Line and come out from Exit A (southwest), you may see an Hyundai Automobile Store. Walking along the west gate of the store to the south, you may see a Gas station and following that you will come to a bridge over a river. Go across the river and turn left right away. After you walking along the south side of the river towards to east for about 800 metres, you will find us next to a mini mart with Green Sign.
