Liked: The staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. Plenty speak English, and the rest smile and help as best they can, but they are well trained to all for language assistance if needed.The rooms are clean and tidy--stone floors mean no disgusting carpets.Breakfast buffet is adequate, not inspiring, but tasty enough.A great place to stay---the only bad feature is that the subway is a ten to fifteen minute walk. But bus lines and major sites are near.Great value for money. We extended our stay from two days to a week.

Disliked: Internet not available in rooms. TV in every room, but all channels in Chinese!

Liked: It was very clean

Disliked: Misinformation on the hostelbookers website and hi hostels website. Bicycle rental not possible. No guest kitchen where you can cook your own food. Bit of a sterile atmosphere, very hard to meet other travellers since it is essentially a hotel.

Liked: value for money, location and the staff is friendliness and helpfulness.Le personnel est sympath, dévoué et l'hotel est bien placé, à 10mn du métro, les chambres et dortoirs sont propres et tout à fait corrects, l'on mange pour pas cher à proximité et l'on peut faire pas mal de choses à pied.

Liked: big hostels, like hotel service offering but for low price.Perfect

Liked: Clean rooms, though a bit small, if u have a big suitcase u might have some poblems placing it somewhere. Location couldn be better, very quiet and safe area.

Disliked: They charged 200kuai for airport pickup - a real rip off (but they said it was cheap)! On the way back we took a normal taxi and it only cost us 80kuai, even though we had a traffic jam!!! And they didnt say that breakfast is included anyway^^

Liked: good hotel, good combination of price vs value, bed was good and bathroom reasonably clean.

Disliked: the tours prices for the china wall were overated, u can easily get 100 yuan cheaper on the exit of the main attactions.

Liked: You need and "EXCELLENT" category for this Hostel! It is more like a hotel. Fantastic service, friendly staff, clean, each site has own bathroom, restaurant, laundry, tour help, money exchange, restaurant, WiFi! WOW! what more could you ask for.

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: They upgraded the room to a better one.

Disliked: Had to pay for internet (slow), and they would not provide change so that we could use it sometimes. A far walk to the metro.

Liked: C'est l'une des auberges de jeunesse les plus fonctionnelles et propres que nous ayons fait en Chine. Et la seule qui inclus un petit déjeuner avec la nuit!Elle est bien située et le personnel à l'écoute.

Disliked: Quelques efforts pourraient encore être faits au niveau de la propreté. Nous avons passé 3 nuit et la douche n'a pas été nettoyée pendant notre séjour...

Liked: Actually it's a hote three-star hotel offering some of its rooms and dorm! One of the best places I've ever stayed! Super clean, safe and a great location. About 1km from the Forbidden City and the subway station. You can take bus number 2 off the Tianmen East Underground Station and get off at second stop of the bus and walk about 5 minutes. Very near the Night Market and many other attractions in Beijing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Liked: I can strongly recommend this hostel. It has an excellent location, clean rooms and toilets. It felt more of a hotel than a hostel to me.

Liked: Staff are very friendly, hostel is very clean, gets bad ratings for fun because it is really more like a hotel with dorms than a typical hostel. There is still a good bar however and the Chinese food on offer is pretty good too.
