the hostel's own bar is a great place to meet people and its pretty cheap - 6yuan per beer. the place has a wicked atmosphere and the location is really good.

the hospitality, the hostal crew is incredible, they can solve any kind of promblems, ask them for everything you need. Specialy Amanda .

Wow, wow and WOW...
what a great place. i have stayed at many hostels and never answered excellent for all the criteria until leo. An amazing social place, great tours and activitied on offer and only about 5 min walk to tianenman square... What more could you want. the Staff are AMAZING, they have great food and cheap drinks... a must for backpackers of all types. there are quiet places to read, and also a great bar to drink!!!

the staff are really helpful even when your organising trips independently that they offer aswell.
Even though its very safe the security lockers in your room are very useful

Super social area - we kept coming back even through we had to move to a different hotel for a tour. Massive lockers with a power port inside so you can charge your goodies while being safe inside. Shows are cheap compared to others and get good seats too. Great great place - became a real home.

Best hostel I have ever stayed in, great food which was amazing value for money. They also booked our train tickets to Hanoi for a small fee which saved us so much hassle!

The main communal areas of the hostel were nice, tidy and generally well laid out. The location was really good in a nice lively street and only a few minutes walk from Tianamen Square

They have a very cool bar, where you can have drinks and delicious main dishes. Internet access for 6-7 people at the same time, what is very useful.

Brilliant atmosphere, cheap food and drink, excellent tours to some of Beijings most famous sights. Highly recommend the secret wall tour to everyone if you want to avoid all the tourists !
