Liked: Friendly. Staff spoke good english & were helpful in booking things in and around Beijing. I'd definitely recommend.

Liked: great atmosphere, great staff, everybody was so nice and helpful,Coffee was great ;-), Internet available (possibility to use headphones for skype), cold drinks and of course the position of the hosteln near the lakeside in the beautiful hutongs.

Liked: Good location on Hou Hai, near loads of great bars and restaurants(although main road currently undergoing building work). Nice staff. Beds in private rooms large and comfy and bathrooms excellent. Menu has room for improvement.
