Liked: The private twin room was excellent; very well furnished, comfortable, clean. Good location (there is a huge vegie + fruit market nearby). The staff could be more helpful and better informed.

Liked: I've stayed at New Dragon lots of times, their 4 person dorms are a great deal in Beijing. Not the most aesthetic place, but very comfortable... internet is free for 15 minutes, great western breakfast, nice front porch for hanging out on, located in the hutongs (lots of local color and cheap good food). Just wish they had wireless...

Liked: This hostel, is like a hotel staffed by kids. Good location to the forbidden city and central shopping & food area. Rooms are not very sound proof, otherwise great hostel.
