Liked: some of the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, the acrobatic show and great wall excursion were enjoyable though the journey to and from each place were shabbily hustled together.

Liked: Located on a delightful Hutong, the location is quite convenient to the Forbidden City - we walked there - and to shopping and other sights. The rooms are comfortable, and cheap eats abound nearby. We were also able to book our visit to The Great Wall and to an acrobats show at the Hostel, making it extra convenient for us.

Liked: The location in the hutong is excellent. All the facilities worked, which is not common in China. One of the staff members, Theresa, went out of her way to help me and would not accept a tip.
