Welcome to Chinese Box Hostel, a traditional and classic Chinese courtyard which is small and cozy. It features a total of 10 rooms facing two wonderful gardens.

Welcome to Chinese Box Courtyard Hostel, a traditional Beijing courtyard. We spent quite a few years traveling around most parts of China, so with these precious traveling experience; we know very well how to entertain backpackers with a clean and comfortable place full of fun.

ORIGINAL TASTE AND FLAVOR:
Chinese Box Courtyard Hostel has been carefully and originally preserved with a traditional Si-He-styled house, and nestled in the designated historic landmark Hu-Tong neighborhood (500-year-old) well protected by Beijing government. It’s quiet and peaceful, and of course, very safe.

Accommodation Information

Kingsize Room Ensuite:

Traditional Kang of North China with bed specification of 2.20m x 2.50m and can sleep between 2 and 3 people. The room has air-conditioning and multi-fan windows for good air circulation. The independent bathroom is of 10 m2 and features 24 hour hot water.

Double Room Ensuite:

Traditional Kang of North China with its specification of 2.20m x 1.80 m and sleeps up to two people. Air-conditioning is provided and the room features an independent bathroom 10 m with 24 hour hot water.

Double Room:

Traditional Kang of North part of China with its specification of 2.20m x 1.80m and can sleep up to people. It features Air-conditioning but does not have an independent bathroom. Like all other rooms it does have wireless internet access, but no television. Guests can watch TV and DVDs in the common room

2 Bed Dorm:

Inside the room, wooden bunk beds are provided, each with a reading lamp at the bedside. Each guest has an independent cabinet with lock for their own. No independent bathroom supplied, but they do feature 24 hours hot water supplied in hostel's shower area. Wireless network is provided.

4 Bed Dorm:

Inside the room, wooden bunk beds are provided, each with reading lamp at the bedside. Each guest has its own independent cabinet with lock of their own. No independent bathroom is supplied, but 24 hours hot water supplied in hostel's shower area. Wireless network is provided.

Location Information

We are situated in a quiet, 500-year-old hutong and there are lots of Chinese restaurants nearby. We are a 5-minute walk from subway line 4 and more than 20-bus lines. Staying with us you can easily get to Forbidden City(10 mintutes), Tiananmen Square, Summer Palace, any famous sites in Beijing.
