Liked: Robert (the Landlord) is very friendly and helpful. Heating was great (couldn't tell you about the aircon, as we didn't use it) Kitchen and bathrooms adequately equipped. Perfect location, near to Sanlitun and 2 minute walk from line 2 subway stop (Dongsishitiao) or 5 minute walk from Dongzhimen (Line 2, 13 and Airport Express) Supermarkets and restaurants extremely close. For what you pay, this apartment is great.
Disliked: A couple of insect encounters, but to be expected in China I'm afraid.

Liked: Well located and the owner is very friendly and helpful. The service needs some improvement, particularly regarding cleaning.
Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
