Staff working the desk are mostly if not all university students who speak English well and are enthusiastic about their work and most anxious to please and be helpful. The location was terrific. Easy access by bus to Forbidden City area and subway. Great place to walk and enjoy the environment of the Chinese people in local shops and on the street. Lake area within walking distance with many attractions and boat rides. I felt comfortable and at home at the hostel and in the neighborhood.	100%
