Liked: Spent three wonderful days and nights in this really cosy and clean hostel. I liked most of all the friendly staff, the well equipped kitchen, the location close to the Bus-Terminal in Vilarrica and the breakfast with tasty bread and even homemade cake! By the way I think that Villarrica is a far better choice to stay than Pucón, less touristic, more authentic, cheaper... - and still very good bus connections to the National Park.

Disliked: Doesn't come to my mind.

Liked: All is clean, good bathrooms, good rooms.

Disliked: They more kitchen sets, so more people can cook without waiting each other.

Liked: Beet and Claudia were wonderful hosts and very helpful with organising our trips. Breakfast was delicious and even though we had to get up at 5am to climb the volcano, they made sure breakfast was ready and waiting! As it was off season, we were the only guests so can't comment on if it is a fun place to meet people but the kitchen was a good space for hanging out as was the large front room, with loads of books, maps and games. Would most certainly recommend, Claire & Stewart (UK)

Liked: Excellent location and very relaxed atmosphere. The lake and volcano are just so beautiful!! Excellent bike hire service, and detailed maps!!! In all highly recommended!!
